GetFundedUSA is an independent directory that helps small-business owners find funding: grants, SBA 7(a) lenders, free business counseling, and U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones.
What we do
We collect small-business funding programs from federal, state, corporate and foundation sources -- grant listings, SBA lender activity data, SBA resource-partner counseling programs, and Foreign-Trade Zone records -- and organize them so they're easy to search and compare. Where a figure comes from an official source (like the SBA's own Lender Activity Report or the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board), we cite it and refresh it as new data is published.
What we don't do
GetFundedUSA does not process applications, make lending decisions, or guarantee any award, loan approval or outcome. We are not a lender, a grantmaker, an SBA resource partner, or a government agency, and we are not affiliated with the U.S. Small Business Administration or any organization listed on this site. Every listing links to the funder's or lender's own page so you can apply, or verify current terms, directly with them.
How we're funded
GetFundedUSA is supported by display advertising and may in the future feature paid placements, clearly labeled as such. Advertising and sponsorships never influence which programs we list or how we describe them; our grant, lender and zone data comes from public source records.
Who writes it
Vince Czaplyski, founder and editor.
Vince Czaplyski is the founder of Own the Answer Inc. and the editor of GetFundedUSA. His professional background includes a longtime career as a captain for a major international airline and later as a captain for various private aviation clients. He has published over 200 aviation articles for such major publications as AOPA Pilot, Airways and Air & Space/Smithsonian.
He created GetFundedUSA because small-business funding is scattered across hundreds of federal, state, corporate and foundation programs, each with its own site, its own deadline and its own rules, and because the SBA's own lender data — which shows exactly which banks actually make small-business loans in each state — is published as a spreadsheet few owners ever see.
GetFundedUSA presents this information in a user-friendly way that will, we hope, help owners find money they qualify for and the lenders most likely to say yes.
